I don't care what day just let me know.

It is updated the best I can tell...

Agreed, somebody more organized than me tell me what I need to bring.
I'll for sure have everything for the breakfast tacos. Having never met KR in person, dozen eggs just for you?

Keep in mind that the fish won't open their mouths until Saturday mid-afternoon.

For that, I will try even harder to make it down for a day or two.

You and I didn't wet a hook in boat with Josey and Choirboy at Hopedale Oct. 19th. They caught a boat load while you and I drank beer and watched em pretending to be having a good time. That trip was already planned with Josey and 8 of his best buddies but when he got terminal prognosis on Oct. 16th he told them trip still on and he added me. All made trip and great cooking and partying as always with that that crew for Josey despite that huge black cloud. Never mentioned this to anybody but the searing image that I try to forget is after group pics in front of lodge sign and everybody else getting in their trucks to leave glancing at Josey and seeing his tears knowing that was last fishing trip with em. Those were the only tears I saw through that whole horrible ordeal. Don't mean to be a downer for you all but OB was like family to him and brought joy to him till the end.

I know exactly what you mean. I cried like a baby leaving there with him behind me (even as he was texting me asking who the hell was chasing me)!! He was adamant about that fishing trip, a mere two hours after his diagnosis. It is something I will never forget, like many times since 10-16.
He even texted me two nights before he passed asking if I had seen the OB donated Yeti and if I knew what kind of wrap it would contain. He was entrenched in that OB thread right up til the end.

It meant so much to his humble self that so many people cared for him. He planned to be at benefit for him on Dec. 11th to see all his friends . If hadn't passed on Dec.2nd would have seen 500 friends come to raise 150k for his wife and kids in 4 hours.

4LSU2 and Choirboy, you guys are two awesome guys and friends. I wish I knew I had friends like you guys to watch after my crew if something happened to me.
I envy y'alls friendship with EJW. The amount of effort you guys have put forth to help your friend and his family is astounding.

Your son was a hell of a man, no doubt

PS, I saw your grandkids in the local paper the other day for the competition they had at school that the OB assisted with.

I had forgotten about that. I'm assuming they won.

Smack check out the pirogue build thread. We saw all that went into it this weekend, lots and lots of skill and labor...
