Got my buddy set up in a good spot. He missed an opportunity to shoot a nice 8 point this morning. I'm hoping he comes back so he can lay him down!

Good pig

Back at. Got back in the tree in the same spot at about 130.

The buck I'm after, Shaqtus, was here last night at 330. The other one, Jack Bauer, hasn't been on camera in a little bit. He's due.

Saw 2 deer at 9am while walking out. They never saw me and disappeared on thin air.

Back at it now. Same foodplot. Scrapes everywhere. They were freshened up in the past 24 hrs.

Thought I'd never make it out of work and pit stops at the store without cussing someone out. Time to find peace and thank the Lord for another day

With enough seasoning and marinade I imagine they are edible too

I have a coon in a leg hold trap that been there a day or two. Walked past him on my way in and didn't have a chance to fool with it. He just watched me as I passed with a look on his face like "Don't laugh at me a-hole. It's your fault I'm in here"

Tough hunting this evening compared to last.

Stick and string on the shallowest part of a slough near where they cross hopefully. Had a young buck cross 50-60 yds away a little while ago. Need em to come a little closer next time.
