$100k Whitetail Hunting Challenge in Ohio

At least this will give you something to point to when someone asks what's wrong with the current state of hunting.

I can't stand the idea of a competition for deer hunting.

However it will be appealing to many as you can group up a few people and make a road trip hunt on likely decent property for not a ton of money. I didn't see team size but would probably be hard to hunt Ohio with accommodations, and land to hunt for less than 5k a piece assuming a 4 man team.

2 man team. You get 200ac per team. Not as appealing. I was thinking your way. 4 guys and a chunk of land could be fun regardless of the competition

Not a fan.

It doesn't sound like it's open to the public. I think they already have the 15 teams lined up.
