Griner's put up shot right there was actually really good. She just flicked that thing in from 8 ft.
France's PG on the immediate next possession was running across the 3 pt line and took a 3 with her front body facing where the announcers are
Didn't even stop to set and shoot, just kept running to the announcers and threw up a 3 from her side.

that's their gameplan, it's pretty obvious... they can't contend inside, so shoot and pray, but hustle for rebounds... that's it... that's the gameplan

This is hilariously bad. France missed a wide open 2 ft layup shot. US in preceding and post possession throw a pass 20 feet over the head of anyone for both, then France air balls the next shot.
There's no way a medicore men's high school team couldn't beat the US women's team.

Women are already less physical compared to men. When you muck up the game with FIBA rules, its saps them of the strength required to meet threshold for proper scoring.

We are trying to break turnover records. The amount of offensive rebounds we’re giving up is infuriating as well.

exactly... hell, the men have a hard time scoring with FIBA rules... reffing the game the same way, for the girls, yeah you get this shite
