"Aker" Solutions. That's the name of the company operating the ROVs.

That's impressive! Any idea how they direct traffic down there? Does each ROV have a zone that it stays in to avoid collisions and tangled umbilicals?

Not really you can tell from shots yesterday how close they get to each other. Its amazing to see them work

Didn't they start this "top kill" experiment on Wednesday saying they would not have a real idea on the effectiveness for about 48hrs? Have we gotten any statement from BP with their "effectiveness" update yet? I mean besides the "we won't know for another (insert time period))"?

Yeah but they suffered a delay while they sought approval from the Coast Guard for the junk shot. That basically reset the clock. So the 48 hours actually started late last night.
