Seems like since this BP disaster every little thing is being reported.

No way it happened that way. I think BP gained access to Bush's earthquake machine and used it to cause the leak in a Chevron pipe to try to deflect some of the criticism from them. At least that's what I'd imagine TX Tiger would say.
