You will have issues sleeping tonight. I used to drink too much of that stuff and I had to ween off of it because I relied on it. I am good now but you just have to quit it cold turkey.

You wont sleep. If not because of the dependance, because it's now mental. You'll probably think about how you didnt take any which will occupy your mind and not let you rest.
