Will have to try. For me, it's Leader's in the Ascension Parish area and Chicken Shack in Baton Rouge. Walking into a Chicken Shack as a white guy is quite an adventure though.

I have never had Canes but I am fair warning all ya'll. Zaxby's is way-over-priced and sucks.
The wings are good, but cost way too much.
They have sammiches you could easily make at home and chicken fingers way over priced.

Only ones I have been to are Plaquemine, St.Gabriel, and Donaldsonville when I've worked at different plants. The one in Donaldsonville used to have pistolettes(

I had Zaxby's in Gonzales last week. It was greasy and gave me the shits. Still 100%better than canes

Sweet. Gonna have to try it when I get back in from holiday traveling. It always has customers in it, so I assumed it had to have been good to keep constant business at an out of the way location like that.

Very worth the try, its pretty damn good. They've won a bunch of cook offs in the past.
That being said I'm a huge cane's fan but the Zaxbys in Gonzales changed me to a Zaxbys man, theyre pretty identical to Cane's but slightly better imo. The workers looked and acted like Walmart workers though.
