LINK
The 18-year-old who sped the wrong way down state Route 805 Thursday, crashing into a SUV and killing himself, a 12-year-old girl and her mother, was a YouTube star who had made a small fortune in video gaming gambling, according to authorities and hundreds of gaming fans on Twitter.
The California Highway Patrol identified him Friday as Trevor Heitmann of San Diego.
But the nearly 900,000 subscribers to his YouTube video channel and his Twitter followers knew him as “McSkillet.”
Various tweets by gaming fans said he had been banned from facilitating e-sport gambling that had brought him a sizable income — enough to buy a handmade, 2015 British McLaren 650S sports car that would have cost $250,000 or more.
The McLaren, with Heitmann behind the wheel, slammed head-on into a Hyundai SUV and both vehicles burst into flames. Those who died in the SUV were tentatively identified by the county Medical Examiner’s Office as a 43-year-old San Diego woman and her 12-year-old daughter.

A guy did this and drove his mustang straight into my brother killing himself. Luckily my brother made it out but he was messed up a long time and had to eat thru a straw.

My only questions is:
What is e-sports gambling and how can I make $250,000 doing it?

YouTubers are so bizarre. They have to go to such great lengths to get a rise out of people which makes the "industry" attract some bizarre characters.
The whole thing reminds of the office episode where Andy has to make the new boss DeAngelo Vickers (played by Will Ferrell) laugh. Andy ends up eating soap and shite making him miserable but he has to do for attention.
video of the car he bought
Warning: he doesn't shut the frick up

Gamble big money which is what I'm sure this kid did. Obviously giving an 18 year old big money ended exactly like you'd think.

I think with a lot of these social media personalities, they aren't able to make real meaningful friendships in life so they turn to the internet and find their meaning through sculpted realities. Naturally, these people will probably be more inclined to have depression issues and the things they do on social media are a coping mechanism but they don't really help and could possibly further harm them. Just my two cents.

how is it edgy to not wanna make excuses for this piece of shite? saying he's in hell is like saying he's facing the repercussions for what he did. the honest truth is he probably isnt facing anything, and the people he murdered have a family that does have to pay for his selfish dumbass decisions.
sure its easy to say "its ok he did a bad thing now he's being punished in hell and they're in a much better place called heaven"
but the cold reality is that thats not the case, cowards like him and every mass murder/suicide committer wanna inflinct pain on others and then use taking their own life to escape the consequences
