I was able to search and share between my accounts. The disclaimer seems to only be shown on the video version with the bathroom acid scene.

It may be that it is age-restricted.

Without verification of the lack of search or sharability, I don't have an issue with it. I view it like an MPAA rating etc which just allows parents some level of control. I don't see content alerts that are useful for parents as being anything like censorship or banning.
