Older liberal white guy. Awesome guy. Kind. Was vehemently racist behind closed doors (which I didn't like). But he treated everyone equally and fairly so I tolerated it.

Black male, he was an awesome guy. Terrible boss.

His boss, white male, awesome boss. Very bright.

White female, without a doubt, awful.

Black female, the best and worst spots. My boss in college was an older motherly black lady who took care of her staff while running her business with an iron fist.

The worst was a black female. She wouldn't let me train her because I was white and an underling. So I didn't. She was fired in three months.

Never had a gay boss.
