The FDA says those levels are safe, why do you trust some Jr lawmaker from the San Fernando valley over them?

I already addressed the OP.

Not at all. Youre incapable of understanding

I'm wanting to know why you dweebs give some minor legislator as much power or more than the FDA.

Evidently they have faith in government.

I think smaller, more local government should have more power than the federal government. I despise large centralized government. The more local the government, the more it represents the people.

Odd that you would disagree.

You have faith in government too. You already said the federal regulations (RE: the FDA) were not an issue.

i have more faith in this individual politician than the FDA, a known corrupted (if not outright evil) government entity that is over 100 years old and you know, basically created our shite food situation

frick no.

If I ask you why you prefer Obama over Trump, do you think that means I "defer" to Trump?

Simpletons see the world in simple ways.

Roger supports large, centralized government over local government.

Sad times.

The best part is the regular pattern of "step over the bums"

You get decent exercise stepping over the bums on the street, stairs, train cars...

California legislators are fairly brilliant. This is their answer to stopping mass shootings.

Many lives saved due to California legislators..

Wait a minute...DNA? The same thing that tells us one is either a man or a woman? California is now saying DNA matters?

Sounds like a good idea, until you hear California. Then you have to wonder if it's legit.

Any time.

Every government agency is beholden to some lobbyist or entity over the citizens.

Hell, the freaking USDA created the food pyramid based around wonderful “science” to sell certain products.

This proposal will likely result in Skittles having a “this may cause cancer” label.

Why?

You and Roger are already scissoring each other over multiple pages.

It’s not like your back and forth banter is any different than the last time y’all did it.

it might put things into context a bit and you would realize your little "drop ins" don't make any sense
