Hmmmm, that's debatable. I pop in for Pels/Saints games or maybe hit up the airport occasionally. But all rest - I just avoid all of it to be on the safe side.

Photoshop the fight completely out of that video, and it's still a solid argument for not going to Bourbon Street.

A shithole filled with third-world mentality individuals. I gave up on that place a long time ago. Eventually- albeit on a much smaller scale- downtown BR will succumb to the same bad scenes consistently, rather than in flashpoints. Sad
