Depends on my initial thoughts and movements. If i go red then we're talking hostage situation with a sprinkle of torture, for both of them.
If i keep my head and emotions in check probably a punch or 2 or a bunch for "john" just on principle then a stern tounguelashing for the girl. Just to scare her a little. After that depends on how they act.

Of course. Im only saying that it takes pretty decent evidence to prove it in court. Something(s) like ItNeverRain's buddy did. In Louisiana one can get an immediate divorce (no mandatory waiting period necessary) if adultery is proven and it does take more than just the allegation to prove it. Im quite certain the parties cant even stipulate that it happened without some evidence being put on to corroborate it. That's where it gets juicy.
