She was making an aggressive action in his personal space. Yes he lifted his arm to keep her arms length then she kept pursing so he pushed back.

First lesson in Fight Club at a box store. Make sure the opposition works at the fricking store, not some near dweller looking to push some fatass down. Sue store, win.

Not guilty. She was the primary aggressor

Don't need one.

The internet is loaded with videos of cops shooting an unarmed attacker.

Some are charged, but most aren't.

Ergo, you're wrong.

Deal with it.

Difference is he was literally standing his ground. She was getting in his space.

So? She was advancing and getting in his face. She also raised her right arm a half second before any action from him. After that he tried to push her away and she then hit him a second time. Then he sent her to the ground.

She thought she was equal right up until she got equal treatment.

As for the question in the OP, if I’m on the jury, I’m voting for him to go free. She’s the only one guilty of battery here.

You’re joking right? She clearly struck him first.

He's not guilty. She's not smart.

I wonder what was going on there?

Some women have been watching too many of the recent movies where a 115 pound woman beats up 220 pound men.

This another example of walk the frick away - this chick was not a threat to cause SBI or death as seen - if she pursued and struck
him, then he could defend himself.

So many people have no freaking idea how self-defense tactics combined with self-defense laws work.

If I’m advancing on you and you feel threatened yes.
