Self-defense, she advanced, he warned her, she struck first, and he defended himself, not guilty

I mean, FAFO…she is clearly the aggressor.
That said, poor guy will probably catch a charge he has to pay a lawyer to defend…albeit easily

It’s never okay to lay hands on a woman

They are probably together and have a set up to sue the store.

He shouldn’t even be charged.. police should pull the tapes and cuff her corpse….

Innocent. People need to learn how not to put their hands on other people.
Looks like she got some comeuppance

The only question for the jury is whether that is reasonable force or not.
You are allowed to defend yourself as said above, but if they come at you with fists you can't pull a gun and shoot them.
I think they are both getting "charged" with something but the jury is going to have to weigh if his response was excessive (in my mind it was not)

Self defense. Plus he didn’t seem to put much effort into that shove, didn’t seem like even a punch.

He simply pushed her. It social media escalated simply because she slipped and knocked herself out by hitting her head on the floor.
If she would've stayed upright, this wouldn't even be FB worthy.
