Two things; 1. Any list that TX is 38 is clearly biased to the north east and west states. 2. Let's revisit this list say....in early January.

I've spent time in North Dakota - %4 ranking is pure BS.

I lived there for years...it's a direct correlation to wealth...

ND has a bunch of permanent resident millionaires

On the surface, this ranking appears to be racist...but I'm sure that has nothing to do with it.

Those rankings suck. You can't use a one size fits all data to measure quality of life.

Yes I'm sure they did this and said "man it's too hot in the south right now. Weathers nice in New England - let's bump them up!"

Sounds like a lot of butt hurt from #38

What a shite list. There are 3 states in the top 25 that I would live in.

To each his own, I have zero desire to live in a freezing climate most of the year surrounded by liberal beta males.

Minnesota is a great place to live from May-August. Now as for the other 8 months, it is a frozen purgatory.

I talk to numerous guys who moved south for college, and they all say going to a southern school is a no brained for one reason.
The girls are hot and the guys are all betas. theres no competition from the local crowd.

I don't even live in Texas, but its clearly better than at least 60% of the states above it.

I don't disagree that 38 is low for Texas, but the implication that Texas would be ranked higher in January because it gets cold other places is asinine.

You're saying that it doesn't get cold in January? I think that's pretty asinine.

You'll never believe the hate Texas gets from West Coasters and Northeast people. It's far more popular in it's region than it is nationally.
