would cities/parishes/counties/states be falling over each other to try and win that plant site and would those places be offering better incentives than Exxon is currently getting in Baton Rouge?


I mean, could another town make a deal attractive enough to woo Exxon away?

Edit: No, (regarding Louisiana as an option) they would be moving out of Louisiana because of the political unpredictability.
