So someone once bragged about all the land and house I could buy in Picayune, MS for what I was paying.

Houston already took a crap ton of culcha after Katrina. Houston needs to send all that culcha back to NOLA with some interest. Probably add some Central American culcha as good interest for all the positive things the NOLA Katrina culcha created for the Houston metropolitan area.
