Dude, I flipped a house by old Algiers last year. If da lights are out; run muthah fuka run!

Made money on the flip so it was worth it, but it's scary over there.

Old Algiers is a little off Algiers Point; out toward Berman/Shirley. I've had 2 potentially threatening experiences out there in the past year...

The Point is awesome.

But Algiers has a lot of culcha and I'm always being told that neighborhoods like mine need more of it. LOL They can have their culcha!

Why wouldn’t they unless the cultcha learned how to disconnect transformers from power lines?

In Baton Rouge I seen in the gehtto one family that had power cut off, take wires from their neighbors box to get power to their box.

It took entergy a month before they found it while checking meters to put a stop to it.

Entergy pulled the meter.

They cultcha ended up going to a place for rent that was empty and steeling that meter to put in their box.

Entergy put a stop to that.

Then they ran extension cords from their buddies unit behind them to their unit.

Cultcha is like cockroaches they will find a way to survive.
