Gym rats or guys with fitness obsession tend to be extremely narcissistic which is a huge turn-off. They often seem to be on the make and are likely to be judgmental.

Easy to say this when the only male attention you get is from dad bods or fat asses.

A lot of women will say shite like this because they get no attention from guys who are actually in shape with defined bodies, and so they just say that they were never attracted to them in the first place to make themselves feel better about it.

just facts homie

Yeah... I agree with this. I don't see any point to being jacked though... it's not like you have to be jacked to be strong... and your job probably has machines/equipment for extreme heavy lifting.

Lifting is about more than just getting a good body to look good for the ladies.

Lifting has many many more benefits than that.

It's about self discipline and staying honest with yourself.

It's about staying in shape and eating right

It's about testosterone production

It's about being a man and challenging yourself

It's about always striving to improve yourself and never settling

There is so much more to it than just getting muscles for the ladies. If you are lifting for the women you are doing it for the wrong reason. You should lift for yourself.

2 years ago today I went to a waterpark in Idaho and filmed myself jumping off the high dive platform. I looked at the video later that night and saw how much of a fat arse I had become. I wasn't what most people would think of as a fat arse, I wasn't some ultra obese slob, but I was fat. That video changed my life for the better. 2 years later I look completely different and am a lot more healthier as well.

When a bunch of cheating wives take those ladies trips to Vegas or Florida or whatever, what do you think they are cheating with?

the dad bod guy, or the guy in shape?

This thread was done before and so many users here were in complete denial about what goes on when married women or women in committed relationships go on these trips to Miami or Las Vegas with their single friends.

Most women in relationships/marriages live vicariously through their single friends. When they go on a girl's night out or on some vacation to a place like Miami or Las Vegas with their girlfriends you think they are just going to museums? No, they are going out to the clubs to grind on the dicks of guys, who are in shape.

You were sloppy not long ago. Now, you're into working out while in your twenties but that shite will change as you pick up responsibilities. So many of your posts demonstrate what a child you really are. Clueless.

Maybe, maybe not, but as someone who has about 10 years on GN, I can say that he speaks some truths. I see a lot of guys my age that just use more commitments as excuses to let themselves go in many facets of their lives.

all this

People try to shite on GN but he speaks a lot of truths. He may be a little bombastic with it all and I may think he over thinks things sometimes but he isn't far off on things most of the time.

I'm 29... work 2 jobs about 75 hours a week combined and still make time for 3 gym trips per week when cutting and 4 when bulking

Depends on the commitments. Family and job done correctly can take up a good bit of time. As we age, we can find time to workout but it's often not as much as we could in the past yet the changes in metabolism require it. He'll figure it out in 15 years if/when he takes responsibility for more people than just himself.
