Eh, I don't see anything that makes it a race issue. Just a couple of a-hole kids.
Although, it was pretty funny that the dad used the "they not like that, just hung around the wrong crowd" line

I never said it was a race issue I said kids just being kids. I simply described the participants in the video. Trying to keep the balance in the OT from other threads.

Well if I can’t get my kids around civilized kids, I’d put them in boxing as soon as possible. Obviously not as a toddler.

Jesus! So two 5 year old kids "bully" a kid younger than them. The dad of the little girls who bullied the younger kid, went to the dad of the younger kid to apologize (which is when the dad of the bully kid learned about it) and this becomes a big deal?
I'm pretty sure I got "bullied" by older kids when I was young and I am pretty sure I bullied younger kids, when I got older. That happens.
It would be a totally different issue if the parent of the little girls who was bullying encouraged their kids to do it or didn't accept the responsibility of them doing it.
