#4 looks like the aft end of a Grumman Duck...the BF109 is a G
Rank wise the F4U and the F6F outclasses anything on that list, including the 109. Armored cockpit pits, self sealing fuel tanks, plus gobs of power from the radial engines.

Not sure what #4 is but I do know it’s not a PBY. For starters it not big enough. Also, when the PBY is on land, it has tricycle landing gear so the tail is not low to the ground like that plane. Also, it doesn’t have a door on the side of the fuselage like is seen on this plane.

You stated off good even though you called the BF109 “ME109”. 5-9 though, not so much.
