At this point, who wants more Lacey v Becky or Baron v Rollins? 3 strikes youre out

Well yeah if you have 3 straight PPVs with a schmoz finish between the same guys....yes...there has to be a real blow off.

That's what they need from Rollins....what else is he supposed to do....and his whole point is probably right....AEW folks aren't working near as much as he is.

Is Cageside Seats trying to say that AEW is clearly better than WWE and that it's ridiculous to argue anything different? Is that what I'm supposed to believe?

Seth is one of the few guys pumping up the company. Everyone else seems depressed.

Yeah. I always think it's ridiculous when people complain about Elias not winning. He can still come out and get a big crowd reaction.

I agree that wins and losses aren't a killer for heels... esp. a heel like Elias

but he needs wins now b/c he hasn't had ANY legit wins in so long that he is in fact nothing more than a singer who serves as a speed bump to a face who's on their way to facing Drew McIntyre and/or Shane McMahon

we know Elias is great on the mic... that's not in question... but he needs to become respected somewhat in the ring as a wrestler so he can be in that midcard title picture where I truly believe he could thrive

I mean... give Elias some build in the ring and then put him in a program with Balor over the IC Title... Elias could get the mic work over and Finn could pull Elias to a good match in the ring

I'd like to respond to that on a case by case basis....but I'd imagine it's not as bad as they make it seem

It seems like just last week they started using Seth correctly and making him look like a strong champion. He was actually feared by the heels. Hopefully, they keep that up.

Well, I could be wrong but Elias could lose his next 20 matches and then win a midcard title and get a huge reaction and be taken seriously as a champion until they decide to give the belt to someone else.

I've never been a big Rollins guy but good for him sticking up for WWE.

Tired of the wrestling "fans" on the internet doing nothing but bash WWE, all the meanwhile acting like AEW is flawless and will never ever ever put out anything that is bad, ever, everyone will be booked perfectly and the storylines will be written perfectly and every match will be 5* and it will be a wrestling utopia week in and week out, and when AEW starts having to do weekly TV shows and monthly PPVs they will still sell out every live event and draw huge TV ratings

Bashing WWE is low hanging fruit at this point. It's really not as bad as these marks say it is.

Elias and Lacey are kind of like the new Bray. He was way over but lost all the time on ppv. Bray could have been huge but him losing all the time made fans bored of him. Elias isn't the best worker in the ring but he is good enough. Lacey's problem is that she's a terrible wrestler.

Well, Bray had his moments but most of his promos were boring and nonsensical. That's not the case with Elias.

I haven't jumped on the "Lacey is terrible now" bandwagon that seemed to spring up last night.

Because he's funny, but noone fears him as a heel. Cheap heat, but will never go for a title

I dont think Lacey is that bad of a wrestler, but she is like the IIconics in that its her character that is going to get her over if it hasnt already.

I do think Lacey will turn face eventually(will be hard not to make a military vet a face) and I wonder how that will work with her character.

Elias is amazing on the mic, makes me wonder what greatness his twin Damien Sandow could have been if they let him do his thing.

During Kurt Angle's first few years and when he won the title, his character was never feared. You don't have to be feared as a heel, imo. My favorite wrestling character ever was Chris Jericho's WCW heel character and he was definitely not feared. I don't always agree with that argument.
