Glad I've never hung around people like that. Seems like thug #1 was an okay shot since he hit #2 a few times. At least no other innocent, doing well for themselves, girls got hit. Hopefully those people wise up and quit hanging around pieces of shite like that. Nothing good can come out of hanging out with people that are garbage. In all likelihood, they'll still hang around each other....not learning any lesson at all.

Not to make fun of the situation in any way, but thank goodness this wasn't LSU football player related. Imagine the national media if it had been.

Agreed. The fact that the City of Baton Rouge is allowing two more complexes to be built on that stretch of burbank right past Win Dixie is ridiculous.
The cottages was a 1300-1400 room complex and there are two more that size or bigger right next to them. Why they need TWO MORE bran new places is beyond me. I dont understand why they didnt put commercial development right there. A bar, shops, restaurants whatever would have been better than more cheaply built apartments.

They just approved another giant complex just South of the cottages in addition to the other 2 currently under construction.

Agree. There was supposed to be a Target but it was scrapped for more residential. There is also going to be commercial along Lee Drive and Nicholson Drive still.
