Did 2nd cigarette smoke stop causing cancer when TUba decided to light up? That would be fricking cool if the case - otherwise I don't see your point.
I don't blow smoke at others. The A-holes that do blow smoke at others are the reason I can't even sneak away to some off the path hidey hole away from others to light up without breaking the rules. If it weren't for the "frick you, tobacco smoke doesn't stink, you're just being a whiny baby" crowd - smoking would still be allowed in designated areas on campus.

That is actually a perfect example of why you don't need big brother gov telling ppl what they can and can not do.

But since the campus is "tobacco free", they will probably remove any ash trays / butt disposals. So the smokers (who will smoke anyway) won't have much choice but to throw the butts on the ground.

Trash cans still work. I quit several months ago but always flicked the cherry, mashed it out and tossed my butts in trash cans.
