You can report the doc, likely nothing will come of it... Your friend just needs to chalk it up and move along... A lawyer would be a waste of time..99% of lawyers will tell you to move on.

Actually, I just received an email from the friend this happened to. She has a lawyer taking her case. According to her, the lawyer said mil doc royally screwed up. Her husband is extremely upset and is coming home early from China.

Ok I've inly made it through page three but I haven't seen this addressed yet:
Why on earth is she not fuming mad at MIL as well? After all, she's the blabber mouth that spread your friends business all over town. She should be mad at the doc too, but MIL is the reason everyone else knows.
Of course she's mad at the doc, he's got money.
ETA Made it thru page four. I'm really sorry your friend has this problem an now everyone knows about it. But if you'd like some serious answers, putting a little effort into grammar and punctuation may help. It makes it easier for folks to read and decipher whatever it is you're rambling about.
Also, calling folks punk arse dipshits doesn't help either.

My friend was at the doc appt. with her mil. Again , this is only mil doc. Doc has never treated my friend.

Yea I got that. The doctor didn't tell everyone in town ab your friends medical condition, her MIL did. Why is she not mad at her as well.
