I would invest in a handful of older desktops and run 100s of the old school games on each console that had similar controls.

I think you need the arcade style games. That is a ton of rent...startup capital to buy the games and equipment and ongoing maintenance.

You could probably kill it with a small food and beverage area with a few taps.

They would be arcade style.

If you ever opened up a case, it's 95% nothing except for a big motherboard. You can run the programs off a newer PC and place it inside the enclosure.

Let the user select the game.
