Would it bother you if your woman didn’t get you anything for X-mas?

I’m just curious after reading a “what to give your woman for Christmas ” thread a few days ago.

hell no, I buy my own "present" she buys her's

No, it would bother me that she was taking the BBC.

I told mine not to get me anything. She didn't listen. I'd rather get nothing than have to pretend to like something for a year or hurt her feelings telling her it's useless to me.

Nah, could put that money to better use.

I don't get anything in a box the other 364 days either.

or at least the woman version of that. Need to go to the Fark board to get a Cu** in a box meme

not one bit. I have more stuff than I want already. If you feel compelled to wrap something up that I can open, bake a cake, make some cookies, bottle of booze, some golf balls. Something dispensable. Or if you want to get one of those paper angels and buy toys for a kid in need, then say that's where you spent the money -- even better. I love christmas season - but if gifts were restricted to being toys for little kids only, I would have no problem with that.

Wouldn't bother me. Use the money on the kids instead. I either have to tell her exactly what to get me or accept the odd things she THINKS I want.
I could be much happier with a couple of things that don't cost a dime, but that never happens, so....

Most on here wouldn’t understand. They need to have a woman first

Now, since we have a child that still believes in Santa. I have to wrap my own present that I bought for myself tagged "From: Santa". Same with her. Other than that, if she puts some new underwear or candy in my stocking I'm good.

mine is actually pretty kick arse at finding me gift's I'll like.... so I guess yea it would bum me out.

i told she doesnt have to get me jack shite. I told her one blowey a day would be fine.

Would piss me off if she did. We just bought a new house, and agreed we weren't getting each other anything.
I'd make her take it back.

I think Someone said that when responding whether what to buy for their woman. Sure enough, he got shamed for being a dumb arse or “enjoy your divorce”.

No.
Of course, we're poor so we make sure what money we have goes to kids ( ours and family). This time of year is stressful enough without having to worry about making each other happy
