The way Obama has treated this flood is shaneful also. He should cut short his vacation and act like he cares about the little man.

Him and Hillary have a fat cat fundraiser set up instead.

You and your wife both made 150k and you would be devastated by flooding? You need to learn a few things about money if so baw

I'm aware and I'm not saying they shouldn't receive assistance. I'm just pointing out that is considered "upper income" in the US, but of course this is OT where plant operators where 150 is the median income.

If someone is making 150 living paycheck to paycheck, they can likely make some sacrifices for a few years and are in a much better position to recover than someone only 50k.

Its all kind of relative.

I mean, I'd you got to pay for your F-250, your wife's loadex Tahoe, your $450k house, your little critters private school, yeah, you could end up in a bind just as easy as someone making 50-75k. shite adds up quick.

I get it and know how a lot of people are, but ultimatetly it's very poor financial management. I see GoFundMe's popping up for people in just the situation you described. frick that, they shouldn't have been so damn stupid and materialistic. Good luck rebuilding your giant home you could barely afford

Bullshite. If you had legit damage and everyone else around you is getting assistance from the government, it shouldn't matter how much you make. You should get what the law allows.

Yes.

There's a reason they ask about income.

Living pay check to pay check on that kind of income is your own fault. You own shite or you're paying for shite you want to have but don't need to have.

Seriously?

I did my online app for one of my houses off Highland road on Tuesday and FEMA sent me a check this morning via fax.

No, FEMA disaster assistance is NOT income based.
