i mean.. statistics say yes.. yes a black male would get more prison time than a white male (on average) for this crime

A lot of these kids go to jail for it. Just so you all know. First two things on google is a 14 year old getting 6 years for killing a guy, and an 18 year old getting 10 years for killing a guy. If they only laid them out, and didn't kill them, they get less, so probably less news about it.
Also, young punks who do this stuff are shielded by child crime laws of public information, so we don't know all of them.

I'm beyond hating ignorance. It's a physical defect which the victim is not responsible for and cannot overcome. I've come to appreciate people who say things like this as it reminds me how lucky I am to have a functioning brain.
