It has to be fire. Every cell in your body would be in excruciating pain. Even the weirdos in Game of Thrones think it's gruesome.

I'll never forget Carlos Hathcock the sniper in Vietnam talks about the VC sewing those traditional bamboo hats with a rat inside of it into captured soldiers scalps, and the rat wood eat itself out. I haven't read that in years and it still grosses me out.

So yeah, I'll take death by cruel punishment by local militia as one of the worst.

Fire too for sure.

I also fear dying a slow death by cancer with my family and kids there. Ugh , I just would hate for my
Family to have to watch me suffer. That's the most realistic horrible way to die.

That sounds a lot like "The Boats." Horrifying:
