Lower back disc pushing on a nerve.

Family was out of town, I literally hit the ground in the living room. Phone was in the bedroom, took me until 1 in the afternoon to crawl my way to the bed in order to text them I could not stand up.

6 hours later they got home so I could take some medicine and take a piss.

Edit: for reference I’ve torn my ACL, broke some vertebrae in my neck etc. this was by far the most painful and prolonged pain I have experienced.

Ahh, you also had the "Roto Rooter for sleep apnea."
Yep...and to top it off they still recommend I use a CPAP machine

They also removed my adenoids while they were at it.

They left my adenoids alone

Absolutely awful...I wouldn't wish it on my worse enemy.

Appendix burst at 2:00 a.m. X-Mas eve 1973. Pain was so intense I couldn't talk.
Tomorrow morning I go in for my third lower back surgery. They're going to fuse L2-L5.

Worse than childbirth, was a torsed ovary. It had twisted on itself and was dying. Fentanyl, Dilaudid or any other drug they gave me wouldn't touch the pain.

When I broke my hip and wrist in a car accident, I woke up with a catheter in my urethra. That was terrible when removed although I wonder how much was mental.

But tbh the worst pain I had was a few years later when I got a gum infection from a piece of food that somehow got lodged in there.

The dentists were so confused by the whole thing that they thought I needed a root canal. I’ve never even had a cavity before so that seemed strange. They eventually figured it out and gave me some medicine and I was fine after 48 hours or less.

But I remember barely being able to see from my pain. Far worse than breaking bones in a car wreck, all for a stupid potato chip or something

60 MPH to 0 in .01 seconds in my truck. I was in shock when I woke up and an abrasion on my arm was the absolute worst pain I had ever felt...it was weird. It felt like an open flame was on it. Then 20 minutes later, after EMTs cut my truck apart and pulled me out, my shattered hip had it's say.

Broken hip, that is the worst pain I have ever felt. I could not vocally express the agony despite my best efforts.

Had an abscess on my sack the size of a large marble. Doc put two shits in it to dull the pain. Lanced it and stuff went flying everywhere. Then packed
It with like two ft of gauze. The worst part was having to pull the gauze out. It took forever and passed out from pain.

no you mean s2-L5

if they fused L2-L5 that would be everything but the top 2" of your back bone fused solid
