Agreed, and little drummer boy is a shite song about some some made up little creep who got caught peeping around where he shouldn't. Seriously, it is a crappy ammendment to the only perfect text ever written. By that definition, you could argue that the writer is a false prophet at the very least.

How are we on page 7 and no one has mentioned “Blue Christmas” yet? Elvis has some great songs, this is not one. The “Ooooo-OOO-ooo-OOO-ooo” in the background is like nails on a chalkboard. I worked at a Christmas tree lot for a year in high school and that song was played way, way too much. I like most of the other songs from the classic crooners like Dean Martin and Nat King Cole, but I can’t stand “Blue Christmas”.
I’m a big fan of choral Christmas music. “Lo, How a Rose E’er Blooming”, “The Holly and the Ivy”, “In the Bleak Mid-Winter” being among my favorites. Most modern Christmas songs and covers are garbage (the exception being The Pogues and Kirsty McColl’s “Fairytale of New York).
