For 15 years I have. Biggest issue is "I just need 5 minutes" from the wife
We had that for a while with both my wife and daughter. My daughter, who was 5 at the time, made a cute "do not disturb" sign for my door with "please knock" on the other side and hung by a ribbon so it can be flipped. We instituted a policy that if my door is open, come on in.
If it's closed, knock first.
If the door is closed and the sign is flipped to DND - don't even knock unless it's an emergency.
That's been working well for many years since.

How did the transition go?
Easy.
Are you more or less efficient?
More.
Has your compensation been affected? How?
No.
What do you enjoy about working from home?
Getting back the 2 hours of driving to work and shuttling my kids around.
What’s been the biggest challenge?
Staying focused with kids and dog around.
What is your company telling you about timelines for returning to pre ‘Rona normalcy?
Can if I want to. Small office.
Which changes could stick around once this is all over?
More flexibility to work remote. Less travel, which I think sucks.

Shoot man, it’s more than 2 hours you’re getting back if you think of all the breakfasts, lunches, homework, unpacking book bags, dinner, etc you make during the 5 day work week, especially if both you and your spouse work. 2-3 days a week to knock all that out early afternoon instead of just getting started at 6:30pm, via working from home a few days a week.

I hate working from home but then again I hate my job a lot

I've been working from home since early 2000's and would not want it any other way.
Only thing I don't like about it currently is everybody else is now working from home and I can't drop in at their places of business unannounced.
So I just stay in the barrooms and on the golf courses hoping I see someone...

If your job has transitioned to you working from home,
Yes
How did the transition go?
Easy. Did it before 2-3 times a week so this was a small change.
Are you more or less efficient?
More.
Has your compensation been affected? How?
Not changed
What do you enjoy about working from home?
Get up. Throw on shorts and tshirt start working. Grab a sandwich at lunch and keep working.
What’s been the biggest challenge?
Not a big fan of the Virtual Picnic team building.
What is your company telling you about timelines for returning to pre ‘Rona normalcy?
Firmly for the rest of the year. Unofficially it will probably stick for good.

That 2 hours is just for me. For my wife it's probably double that. It's eye popping.

Been pretty seamless.
I get somewhat weary of the chimps in the house, but I’m maintaining and we’ve been traveling a good bit.
We had a re-entry plan into the office, then the building exploded with covid cases. So, we are waiting out the cases and trends.

I ain't gonna lie, sleeping until ten minutes before work, throwing a pot of coffee on and going straight to work looking more like arse than usual isn't half bad. Taking a giant dump in the comfort of my own sanctum sanctorum is pretty nice, too. Being able to take a break and go dick around on something in my house is a HUGE quality of life upgrade. When I take a break at work, all I can realistically do is surf the internet or bother co-workers. Once you take the commute time out of the equation, personal hobbies are on the table during break times. Also, removing the five unpaid hours a week spent commuting is a huge quality of life upgrade. I can either actually do things for me in that time or work and get paid those hours, if I choose. I work by billable hours, so that paired with a tank of gas lasting me two to three months is a pretty significant boost in net pay for me and revenue for my company with no real additional outlay of resources for either of us.
I miss people and my sometimes infuriating co-workers, though, and would like to go back, if only for a few days a week. We are social creatures, after all.

I’ve been working from home 50% of the time for over a year now
You just need to set a schedule. It’s been more difficult with my wife and baby at home, but at the same time it’s awesome to spend more time with them
Helps to have an office that isn’t anything but an office

In outside sales, so was on the road 4 days a week and in my home office on the 5th before all this
How did the transition go? Easy, home office was already there I just use it alot more.
Are you more or less efficient? A lot more efficient. One big challenge in my job is "keeping up" while being on the road all day. Being in my office allowed me to keep up and do a lot of things I couldn't ever get to.
Has your compensation been affected? How? Sales are down, so commission is down
What do you enjoy about working from home? Being around the kids, being a 10 seconds walk from my office, being able to sleep later.
What’s been the biggest challenge? Being around the kids, they are little and don't get that I can't play when I'm home. My company are terrible micro managers, and they dialed it up to 12 when this started.
What is your company telling you about timelines for returning to pre ‘Rona normalcy? Maybe never. People don't want to meet like they used to. I think I'll be traveling a lot less. Sales are down ~10%, but my travel expenses are down 95%.
Which changes could stick around once this is all over? Zoom meetings, yuck.
