What is this nonsense? Holding up the entire operation.

One day, I needed to get a hair cut in a hurry and went to the place over there by Target (it might be Wonder Cuts, I forget) and when I was finished, as I was leaving there was an older woman, who appeared to be.. I don't know how to really describe it. She was dressed casual, but nice.. I guess someone you would think of looking "upper middle-class".. She was sitting in the waiting area, I thought she was waiting for someone, but when I was paying they called her in the back. I would have never looked at her and thought "she goes get her hair cut/done at at in and out hair cut chain".

For awhile I kept my head bald, but before that I would just keep it as short as I could shave it without going completely bald and my clippers broke and my hair was getting longer than I liked it to get so I went there.. For something like that, they are not bad.

I've heard ladies going to these places because their stylist transferred to there from another salon. They transfer there for the money of the quick turnaround, but bring their regular customers with them and still do the full service.

That's understandable. I still have a decent ball field on my dome. I cannot entrust to Wonder Cuts.

My wife goes to these kinds of places... even Walmart. And she has the body of a Barbie doll, and is a smoke show. We spend money on nice housing and eat and drink like kings, but in other ways we are frugal. Hell, she buys a lot of clothes at Walmart. I’ve seen people say, “oh I love your outfit/dress where’d you get it?” She doesn’t miss a beat, “Walmart’s”.

I go to a Supercuts. The specific girl I go to reminds me of Salma Hayek, including the nice rack. And most importantly she gives a great haircut. But when I need a haircut I go to her location and if she is not there I will leave and go back until I catch her there.

I paid around $40 for a haircut every 3 weeks at the nicest place I could find for several years. Figured you get what you pay for and I wanted a nice haircut. I have thick hair that grows fast so have always gotten in cut every 3 weeks, or 2.5
Then one day I wanted a haircut that day, couldn't get an appointment, so went into supercuts. Supercuts is $18.50 here for a men's cut only, no shampoo or anything else. I couldn't tell the difference, just as good as all the expensive places I had been going. That was 7 years ago. Been going to supercuts ever since.
