I know a few folks that know her . This girl has been rode hard and put up wet. If she doesn't have a record I'd be shocked but not surprised if she didnt because well "thoroughbred, clean wht girl" . Rehab and Attorney will straighten this mess up. Her comments while hilarious do not threaten anyone so they are just par for the course to a judge.
