It's not the issue that the item was locked behind a case because that is fairly common. The issue is being escorted to the checkout counter. Why did they feel the need to escort to the counter is the issue

Why did CVS/Walgreens not only escort my Lilly white arse to the front of the store but also carry the bottles of formula and me not take possession of it until I paid? Can I claim racism since it was a black employee that escorted me?

You should be angry about the people whose behavior led to this policy.

This shite bag can go frick herself. If she dont like it she can go shop somewhere else. Simple. I dont wanna see her big fricking fat rolls hanging out a childs tank top with spandex pants covering her cellulite infested arse and legs. There is all kinds of things locked up in stores because frick headed people steal from these stores constantly.

Now... I feel better

Exactly how I feel. I hope Wal-Mart can sue her for their legal fees. They better not give her any money just to make her go away. This madness has to stop. Maybe if your damn people didn't steal everything it wouldn't be locked up.

This is silly. These products get locked up for the sam reason condoms and video games get locked up.

When people stop disproportionately stealing these items, then stores will stop locking them up.

They lock that up? The only thing that a few stores here in Atlanta lock up are condoms.

I like going into Albertsons and seeing the Seagram's gin locked up behind 10 inches of bulletproof glass but the $80 bottle of scotch is free and clear

Plus I'd be very willing to bet that not all "white" beauty products are unsecured. And I know for a fact that not all "black" beauty products are under lock and key because there are giant photos of black women over some parts of the cosmetics section.

This particular Person of Walmart just happened to be buying a frequently stolen item.

If more of this happened, you’d see a major drop in these frivolous lawsuits

Black women should definitely stop shoplifting ethnic hair care products from Walmart. I bet they would unlock them then

Those products are regularly stolen I imagine and a decision from corporate through loss prevention was made. Guess what, Walmart can do whatever the frick they want with THEIR PROPERTY.

guess what...wrong. unless they have a damn solid reason that can't be construed as discrimination, that shite will be unlocked by the end of the weekend.

Gloria Allred and her daughter might be the only lawyers worse than Gordon McKernan.

Not long ago I was at Michael’s where I purchased artist quality oil paints that are kept under lock and key. I had to get someone to open the case. I was not allowed to carry the tube of paint to the register. The Michael’s employee said that was not allowed and once at the register, I was not allowed to hold the tube of paint until I paid for it. The paint was kept with one of the cashiers. WTF???

I'm sure the starving hippies artists have sticky fingers. That's not surprising.

Actually no one treated her like a thief.

She wanted to purchase a product(s) that are highly ranked on the stop/loss report.

The product(s) were under tighter security, not her.

Case closed.
