Laughing at the dumb arse officers is not exactly rooting for her.
I can not imagine it is SOP for thier dept to leave both keys and suspect in vehicle together, wonder how the insurance company reacts to this one.

I think leaving keys in the cruiser is SOP because this is exactly how one of the suspects at my college stole a campus cop car.
There was no cage keeping them in the back so they hopped the seats, got their hands in front, and drove off.
