That’s weird because my wife just spoke to someone who saw the whole thing and the float broke from then tractor and ran up on the sidewalk
So yeah maybe they should take a closer look at these floats and tractors.

The float did not run up on the side walk.

Fox 8 just said on air that all the riders are still on float 21 at the scene and they are cancelling the parade after float 20.
