Just because there is not a complete video of everything existing, doesn’t make your trash responsible. There will be enough camera vest tape to support the officers.

A car was driving sideways on a street erratically, and it’s the cop’s fault for not trying to run circles and stay out of the way when it would be impossible to outrun?

I'll be honest.... that second video showing the ICE agent shooter is not a good look.
The crazy protestor is fleeing from being detained by the other officers. The one in the front pulled and shot, didnt even have to get out of the way of her moving car. He planted both feet with the intent to kill.
The issue is justifying lethal force. While the driver was in the wrong for interfering and blocking LEO. I am not sure the ICE agent can defend the stance he took. As far as I know the driver had not hurt anyone.
Am I missing something?
I just think he took it too far. Let her go and issue a warrant for obstruction. Get her then... dont kill her.
