Really, the only way to combat Coronavirus effectively is to have mass universal testing and contact tracing. Since there are so many asymptomatic carriers of the Coronavirus along with there being an incubation period for the virus, there's a ton of people spreading the virus without even knowing that they have it. For things to get back to normal, we need to find a way for every single American to be tested for the Coronavirus.

So was the husband banging the pharmacist or the delivery girl?

It really is astonishing how many people completely misunderstand the purpose of wearing gloves

I mean this story is kind of concerning. She said she barely had contact with the positive person - some outlets have been reporting that you really have to get up close and personal.

I even heard of one study that found only 30% of people passed it to others in their own households. This seems to be evidence that it’s more contagious than previously thought.

She's just saying that she hasn't left the house so her husband won't get suspicious. She's been sneaking out the window to bang Jody in the back yard every night, she caught it from him.

Misleading title.

She caught it from the person bringing her groceries.

Or she does not have it and has Munchausens. Look back at her twitter and she has a bit of a "look at me" personality.

What was misleading about the title? She did as much social distancing as one really could and she still caught it, all because of 1 tiny transaction in order to get her groceries. Basically, shite happens. We can do what we can to limit it, but this will continue to spread no matter what.

BS. Granted, only a small subsection of the population really warrant such a move, but don’t act like this woman’s stupidity is evidence of it being not preventable.

Hell, she probably thought it was worthwhile to have the husband in another room and thought it was okay to share a kitchen/bathroom.

It’s simple: people keep on acting like they need to avoid infected people when in reality they need to avoid things potentially infected people touched.

Please tell me how this was avoidable. It's not her fault the person delivering her food was sick. You can take all the precautions possible, but people will still get sick. Let's face it, you cannot avoid things potentially infected people have touched. It's damn near impossible.

Sounds like she caught it from people trying to help her.

The old lady next door to me has people stopping by every day to deliver her food and supplies. They're going house to house spreading the shite around. They don't just drop it off and leave either. They ring the door bell and talk.

Imagine believing to strongly in something you blame a woman who literally followed protocols about as much as one can.
