Let’s consider only the facts. He chased after a hit and run perpetrator with 3 children, including a 2 year old, in his damaged vehicle. He apparently was not satisfied with getting the license plate of the fleeing perp and got out of his car to confront the gun toting crack head. He got a gun pointed at his 14 year old and himself at point blank range. He didnt even react until after the gun was pointed at his son. He opened himself up to a perverted justice system.
