Private business can kick you out for any reason. The lawsuit will not work.

Also, Stabs isn’t very good.

What a freakin set up. I’m surprised they don’t pull this crap more often actually. Act like an idiot, get the desired result, claim bs racism crap and the insurance company settles. This is how Jesse Jackson gets his money. Donate to us or we’ll protest outside your building crying racism. If you donate you get left alone. It’s damn extortion. But race baiting pays well.

Attorneys are scumbags who will take any BS case if they think there is an insurance policy on the other side. They should be disciplined for filing frivolous cases like this one obviously is. Maybe then this crap would stop. I’ve backed a few attorneys off before by telling them there is no insurance policy. The scumbags lose interest pretty quickly.
