There had to be some ongoing sexual tension between these two.
In grade school the guy pulled the ponytail of the girl he liked. Fast forward 20 years and that transformed into drawing down on lady-cop when he sees her pull up.
Lady-cop gets the tingles, has a dopamine dump, gets out the car so excited to reciprocate she blows a load.
