I think he is one of the trainees on his second shift or something similar. I feel awful for him. He handled being recorded very well.

sorry she does not like the American concept of innocent until proven guilty. Sad to see that she is against the idea of people being able to post bail.

I love how she was saying "you're not going to apologize??" No lady, he's not going to admit guilt to a complete stranger in public on camera before his criminal trial starts.
