How’s your pinky? Ulnar nerve usually affects pinky and half of ring finger nearest the pinky.

Pinky is fine. And the most numbness is the tip of my to ring finger and it just kind of shoots down my arm in spasms when I move my hand

I get the same thing with my ring and middle finger. My doc said it was due to inflammation in my shoulder pinching a nerve.

The electric nerve tests, while not painful, are uncomfortable. And they will do it on both arms to have a base to compare to.

as said, you probably have a herniated disc. However, the nerve could be compressed somewhere else. Not really a big deal. I advise you to avoid straining and avoid jogging for several days.
