That happened to my brother when we were younger. Turns out a spider laid eggs in his wrist and it was blocking the nerve.

How’s your pinky? Ulnar nerve usually affects pinky and half of ring finger nearest the pinky.

Pinky is fine. And the most numbness is the tip of my to ring finger and it just kind of shoots down my arm in spasms when I move my hand

You came to the right place. All of the OT doctors will diagnose you and get you treated as soon as possible

Same thing happens to me every year after the NCAA tournament seating. I think it just comes with being a State fan.

I get the same thing with my ring and middle finger. My doc said it was due to inflammation in my shoulder pinching a nerve.

The electric nerve tests, while not painful, are uncomfortable. And they will do it on both arms to have a base to compare to.

as said, you probably have a herniated disc. However, the nerve could be compressed somewhere else. Not really a big deal. I advise you to avoid straining and avoid jogging for several days.
