not sure why you would need 23 of each. the sockets dont get destroyed in the process and not sure why the mallet would. I have locking lug nuts on my jeep, that I dont have the key to. Hasnt stopped me in several years from rotating my tires. Someday Ill go buy a new set of lug nuts
If you hammer a tight enough socket onto the lugs i use...you wont be getting the lugnut out of the socket after.
Also...no rubber mallet would last when smashing the socket onto the lug in the first place.
Like I said...the inconvenience factor is what's important.

Truth is, not much you can do.
Lock lugs can be defeated by hammering sockets over them.
You can get them a lot cheaper than this, but it'll take off any locking lug nut out there.

You sure do frown on any levity being brought into your thread.

Amateurs, the pro's know you put the block in the middle of the axle, pull the tire stems, and then you are off. I know this because my cameras caught a group doing it to my neighbors new Tahoe, he had locking lugs, and it took them 8 minutes from pulling up until they drove off with all 4 rims and tires in their van.
They did it while the cop that patrols our neighborhood was eating, hit 3 cars in under 30 minutes before he got back.
In BR, I kept a paint ball gun loaded with these tear gas things that some LEO buddy gave me. I never ever got to use it.
One day I was watching a movie with a friend and I heard broken glass. I went outside to see a black dude with his legs hanging outside my friends explorer. I ran after him and chased the guy two blocks, but I'm fat and he was a crackhead. Dude stole a cell phone charger and broke a $200 window to take the $5 charger.
I hate thieves, I wish we could kill punks we caught breaking into cars.
Though we have a 100% success rate in my old neighborhood.
2001 A Johnathan G. broke into a person car around the block. We ratted him out to KPD.
2002 a Derek G. broke into a friends mustang and was caught. He was allowed to choose between crime (cops called) and punishment (beating) he took punishment.
He then took a pitching wedge at full swing to the head and was dropped off at Kenner regional hospital.
After that, no one else broke into anything on our block.
(above are not related, I think the latter may post here on the rant so I protected the names he's actually a FB friend now, lol)

part of town may be, it's never anymore than a 10 minute drive from the hood?
A ten minute drive is far.. I'm a ten minute drive to the westbank.
I'm a ten minute drive to the Dome
I'm a ten minute drive to Destrehahn.
Ten minutes?

The day Katrina hit I was in Nassau Texas and got a flat. We walked to Autozone and got this set up to take the lugs off, it's didn't work, so I hammered on a 3/4" lug and got it right off.
Many times the lug and socket are hard to separate.

Same thing happened to a guy at work that lives in Kaplan a couple weeks ago.
2013 Chevy truck. The replacement rims and tires were almost $5000 from a dealership.
There's probably a guy or two who can get you a set (slightly used) for a fraction of that.

What does being in a different parish have to do with anything? Are there checkpoints someone has to cross to go from one parish to the other? No? Ten minutes is not shite. This is especially true to someone who sees the possible payout of big bucks by making an easy score on a set of rims and all they have to do is drive 10 minutes. Thieves go to where the goods are.
