I didn't think it was ever a doubt that people become rich off tragedies. There isn't any way to stop people being awful, just do your research and make sure you are giving the most favorable option your money

We're not New Orleans-Houston will truly rebuild and even better than before. It's like comparing apples and oranges. What we have seen here overshadows what happened in NO 10-fold. The rest of the country could learn a lesson. We aren't looting liquor stores and electronic stores-that's not looting, that straight up stealing.

I would like to see exactly how united way is spending those several millions being donated by the NFL and teams. As for the Red Cross, I have seen Red Cross choppers rescuing and dropping food and water in flooded areas. They are also working in the shelters. I know they got a bad rap in BR, but they seem to be doing okay here. Not defending, just saying.
