Where can I buy some in BR ? Need someone who stocks so I can pickup this week. Have an electrician coming over for Christmas and it just seems right to barter for food and gifts. TIA

Wireless still has to be powered, plus wired provides better security and not being able to let others pick up what you are looking at.

For new construction wired is the way to go. Don't have to worry about wifi outages, or slow wifi. So, ya see, you don't know everything.

You want a backup battery to run your system when the power goes out? Then a wired system makes more sense. If you're going to have to pull power wires to the cameras then you might as well pull coax with it while you're at it. Wired is for people who want good systems. Wireless is for people who want it quick and cheap.

Uhm,
In the commercial industry I haven't seen a wireless camera system installed in all of my 21 years. Wireless definitely not always better.

Installing camera near a Motion Activated Flood. Will easily jump from that wire above the box. As stated I never even considered wireless for all the reasons above. Headed to Lowes now for the Ring Spy Cam.
